Stupid question.... Can't figure this out. Door Lock!

My car used to lock the doors after like 30-60 sec after the car is shut off.... in case I forgot to... It's not doing it anymore. I'm wondering if I changed a setting and now I can't find out where that setting would be. I see the lock door on certain speed or on power up... But nothing about when the car is off. Help please?? :/

The only situation that I know of that will auto lock the doors when it is shut off is when you hit the unlock button and don't enter the car within a certain amount of time.

I've never heard of it locking automatically when you shut the car off.

It should be interesting if others have seen this.

I only know about the auto door lock that @andre12dbsi mentioned. If you unlock your car but don't actually open a door the car will automatically lock the doors again for you.
I've never heard of the doors automatically locking after you shut the engine off although that would be a good thing if you forget to lock it especially with the 2014's and the proximity key.

Of course if you just happened to leave your key in the car, unless you have a dupe, it's call a locksmith time. Happened to a friend of mine when we were at Fontana. He left the key in the ignition, closed the door and walked away. Got about 20 feet from the car and heard the door lock. Took a locksmith over 3 hours to get there from Franklin and get the door unlocked.

Maybe that's what I remember. I just may be forgetting. I have a 13 Si, so I bet I just am not remember the circumstances when it locked itself. Thanks. I'll try the unlock button and see if it locks itself.
