Sun Halo in NJ

SUN HALO: A meteorological phenomenon is happening right now and all you have to do is look up! Scientists call this phenomenon the sun dog or sun halo and is caused when cirrus clouds drift above us. The halo is also a sign of nearby storms.

I took some pics today. I had to use a filter to reduce the glare. The pics are rather big. Lol.
