yup, harleys would be passing that and it would be getting shamed for crossing the center line
 
It did seem to struggle with crossing the double yellow on left turns. I’m surprised it had trouble maintaining speed. Maybe once it’s further into beta it’ll improve.
 
thats tesla and driver failure, the driver was too disengaged from the driving and couldnt get themselves back into situational awareness to handle it appropriately
 
So did the car jerk left or did the driver do that?
 
looks like the car jerked left, the driver was trusting the system in conditions that it wasnt actually meant to be attempting FSD in, noticed the car making the errant move overcorrected right, everything that happened after the initial jerk left was the drivers failure to maintain awareness and control

the conditions of that situation, night, secondary or tertiary road, and curves are currently in the grey areas of what they say you should be letting a level 2 system do at all. Tesla's system is a slightly advanced level 2 at best but they market it like a fully capable level 3
