Just moments before the race began, Stewart was captured on video by ESPN putting both hands on the...rear deck-lid of DeLana Harvick, who happens to be the wife of fellow NASCAR driver Kevin Harvick.

Despite jumping in surprise, DeLana didn't seem to be so annoyed, and before you jump into any twisty conclusions, you may want to hear what the three-time Sprint Cup champion had to say about the much publicized episode.
"This is old news," Stewart said Tuesday morning during a promotional news conference at Charlotte Motor Speedway. "I guess it's just the first time the camera caught us, but we've been doing that since I was driving the Nationwide car with them."

I would say she was a good sport about it - judging from the video. Just because she didn't turn around and go postal on him isn't necessarily incriminating.

I mean, it's not like she turned around, grabbed his dipstick, and shoved her tongue in his mouth.

Just got'a be aware of the camera these days........... Can't even move in NYC , or London with out Official cameras on you, but it also catches "wrong do-er's".

Speaking of messing with someones rear end, some years back Earnhart(Sr.) bumped a driver going up a mountain that was hogging the left lane, he did get a ticket.
But he could afford it, and it's something I'd like to do.......but don't.
