Water in gas?

I think a buddy of mine may have moisture or water in his gas. What is the best remover for this? Seafoam, HEET or something else?

I've always used the product heet

They have two... Yellow or red. One is like an antifreeze and moisture remover and one is a fuel injector cleaner and water remover. He only has problemss when it is cold outside, like maybe ice. I think either one should be sufficient as they both remove water though.

I always used the yellow personally.
