My fave tool in my tool box is a vintage sk 1/4 drive ratchet that my daddy gave me when i got my first tool box and this ratchet was given to my dad by his dad so it has a special place in my tool box and I use it a lot that's my story what's yours?

I love using my torque wrench. It feels great knowing that bolts are in the correct torque spec. I also like the clicking noise it makes.

probably a hammer I've had since I was like 8yrs old from my dad

Breaker bar and sockets, PB blaster, hammer and duct tape. Fixed more stuff with those things....lol

My Dremel and al the attacments that an be used with it.

Not an auto tool but I absolutely love my router! Very useful for so many things and I think the best quality tool I have (Bosch).

3/8-Inch Square Drive Socket Adapter, along with the hammer drill. Its like a mini impact wrench and gets most of the jobs done quicker then cranking a ratchet.

I'm looking to purchase my first torque wrench to work on my 2012 Civic Si as well as a small ratchet/socket set, too. Should the torque and/or the ratchet/socket set be 3/8 in or 1/2 in? Should I get a dual drive torque wrench? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks! :feedback: :tree:

Well my socket set and torque wrench are 3/8 but my breaker bar is 1/2 and I have a 1/2 torque wrench... You can either buy a 1/2 socket set but a 3/8 to 1/2 adapter will work...

A word of caution when using torque wrenches ......... they shouldn't be used to loosen/break-free a nut/bolt......... only a smooth tightening.......
Storing a torque wrench should be set to 5 or 10 ft lbs (not Zero or any high numbers).

I am a Craftsman whore, but I love there warranty... Break something walk into Sears show them what broke and exchange it
