So I have a:
PRL CAI
RBC intake mani
1000cc id injectors
Skunk2 megapower rr
Skunk2 alpha series headers
Stage 2 comp. clutch
Flash pro

So what's my next mod that won't break my pocket and without boost. I would like to get more torque.

Because I'm going to boost it within next year.

Larger throttle body would be the next logical step.
But if you are going boost, you'll eventually need to upgrade your fuel rail and fuel pump.

If boosting you will need 1100cc injectors, pump, clutch, flywheel, boost controller, map sensor
