Why can't I see the maintenance info??

Ok so my 2012 LX has a few things going on and I'm fairly sure I know how to fix two of the problems but this new one is definitely giving me some trouble. The tab/screen that displays oil life, tire rotation, etc doesn't exist anymore. Now I've googled it and can't seem to find anyone with the same problem. But I am having possible bad O2 sensor problems so could that be related? Also the tpms sensor is out and needs to be replaced so does that have to do with the maintenance info tab too? Just noticed last night that it wasn't there anymore but got oil changed like a month ago and the screen was there. Thank you in advance for any help.

(My husband & I are hoping to fix this ourselves)

Turn ignition to on (ii)
Press sel/reset knob repeatedly until you see oil life.

If it was just changed, it should say 100%, or close to that.

The other menus and how to get to them are in the manual shown below. If you want to read more on it, pull your manual and look up “maintenance minder”.
