Will rota torque 18x9.5 +28 fit si sedan?

from stock to that -
inner clearance - 15mm less
outer clearance - EXTEND an extra 49mm


2012 Civic SI wheel: 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern, 17 x 7 offset 45mm

You'd have to take some measurements - I don't know how close it'd be on a 9th.... (especially since there are only a few options for lowering springs/coilovers)
 
Car would be stock as far as suspension goes for now. Have looked at the h&r springs though.
 
that's crazy, i didn't know you could fit 215's on a 9.5" wide rim...would he do that for clearance issues, to have much less sidewall to rub?
 
yeah, I'm guessing to avoid rubbing... a 9.5" could run 255's... 265's
 
I thought the description above was saying he used 215/35/18 on 18x9.5's..didn't sound right.

No, you're right. He claimed 215's. I was just saying what a normal 9.5 should be.
 
You will probably need to do some fender work and run a lot of neg. camber.
