It happens alot in my tanks. As ong as no one has retreated to the top corners you should be fine.

bah...i can't watch live feedings
@Flippercon @MrsJrotax101 Would you guys know anything that can live in a bowl? I know bowls are a no-no for fish 
but my betta was doing great and growing his fins back in his bowl with heat and regular water changes... but the heat in my dorm dropped and the poor guy froze last week
I was thinking plants or a snail or some shrimp or something tiny, but not a fish again. Any ideas?

With shrimp the temp can't fall too much either. You could get yourself a pet Marimo moss ball?
