Tonight I had a late dinner so it was Chef Boyardee mini ravioli.

Anyone like Chipotle? I think it's pretty good and I found this vid on YT.

Good video.

Well not quite yet, still 'in progress'. Started cooking last night after work and shopping, another epic spaghetti sauce. This one started out with one can of starter generic Hunt's sauce, 1 pound of lean ground beef, 1/2 pound of ground pork, one whole baseball sized red onion ( diced small and caramelized first ) one whole yellow pepper, a half dozen mushrooms, 4 cloves of garlic, a bunch of small baby carrots thinly sliced, pepper, salt and anise seed. It has since outgrown the pot on the stove and into the large crock pot.DSCN1952.JPG

Tomorrow it will get a few more ingredients, and cook some more. Sadly, I didn't start out with crushed tomatoes like I normally do. Like a good stew or chili, it doesn't acquire it's killer flavor until it's been cooked and allowed to cool a few times.
