GoPro advice..... So I recorded some video yesterday on a new 32 Gb card and I let the camera format the card (twice) beforehand. When I check out the videos, only 3 of them are viewable. They all recorded fine (as far as I could tell at the time). To test what is going on, I put in a blank card into the GoPro and it recorded and played back fine on my PC. I put the GoPro card (32Gb) into another camera and like the others, it physically records video and took a photo but won't play back or photo not visible on the PC. On the PC, the video files look like any other and are 50Mb to 1.1Gb in size.

I suspect these videos are corrupted somehow and will have to format the card again. I don't think it's a bad card as the files recorded and have size. Thoughts?

I mis-stated the 32 Gb card results. The first 5 videos play fine, after that, they are the issue at hand.

Hmmmm thats really weird. try putting the camera on different definition settings just to see if it works. how long were the videos that you took?

oh yea, it's weird all right. Logic is not applying.

as I stated, the vids playback fine once I change my SD card. I'll state that I did not change any settings the whole day. Just turning on/off and start/stop. Don't know the lengths of video, but the files range from 11 Mb - 1200 Mb

Question for you guys that have tuned, who did your tunes?

I ask because I have been considering Torqued Performance, but to be quite honest, I am uneasy about trusting anyone with my car. Second, I don't like the idea of road tuning. I can't think of anywhere close by that I can do a good third gear pull without struggling to avoid traffic and police. I just learned this guy is located in Colorado, so I think I may have an idea as to who he is, but messaged the tuner out there everyone praises and I know well to get opinions.

Also, what kind of gas mileage are you seeing in your cars? I average around 22 now stock. I know with a stage 2 tune you can get better than that, but from what I see, many stage 1 put you in the teens.

Thoughts?

I had an e-tune on my lgt and I would recommend it given the car is up on maintenance , etc. But your car is new so dont worry.

Datalogging can be hectic because I assume that straight desolate country roads are in short supply where you are, but here they are everywhere. If youre a bit scared of the idea of doing 90-100 mph on a back road then a dyno is a better choice lol. Im pretty fearless when I drive (not really a good thing) so logging is pretty fun for me, Ive been tearing down pa backroads for the past 10 years.

Jason, I feel your pain. I'm hesitant to call Jon for a retune right now because its tourist season and the cops are hot for whatever they can harrass I mean get their hands on.
