I came home expecting to eat my organic baked pork chops with rice and veggies sautéed in organic coconut oil....but after I got home 5 hours late from work I found that someone already ate my food :(...so a wawa sub it is at 10 at night...lol

True I can throw a rock and hit a wawa down here lol. I love north jersey though so much more to do and so many good places to eat. I am afraid of some one messing my car up every time I go up though lol.

Tonight's dairy/gluten free dinner:

Medium cooked steak
Grilled baked potato with roasted garlic, S&P
Grilled peach
Green beans with Earth Balance Original
Salad containing:
Broccoli, brussels spouts, cabbage, kale, chicory, dried cranberries, roasted pumpkin seeds, avocado, and poppy seed dressing.

Note: Just because it's dairy/gluten free doesn't mean it's horrible. Apart from adding butter to the potato & green beans...it wouldn't contain dairy and gluten regardless.

I had stuffed bacon wrapped shrimp last Sunday. It probably had crab meat and pork inside. It was delicious. I had to share bc I know Robert might like em too. :rotfl:
