I'm a little confused. Are you talking about reverse lights or turn signals? As far as I know, the only ones that need additional resistors are the turn signals, to keep them from blinking fast.

Are those the DRLs?

Is there a plug and play LED for the front and rear turn signals, brake lights, and DRLs that doesn't require any cutting and splicing?

I only know how to do the plug up load resistors.

nope this is what makes this mod so amazing! I'm an electrician... so i can solder whatever and mod the **** outta whatever to make it work the way i want it to :D
