DWS and pretty much any tire is better than Hankooks...

As far as an all-season. . ? If you're talking a performance tire, that's a ridiculous statement that I'm going to attribute to never owning the tire and having a . .civic? :P

I don't know enough about the market for tires to comment here, but yes, you'd be invited to the house. He is calling now.

$930 is a great price. The guy I buy stuff through has them for $1000 shipped, so maybe I can get him to meet me in the middle if I were to buy (not doing it now).

What vendor do you use? And, yeah, Treble is solid on BCs and whenever they do a pseudo group buy.

2 tires that I hate... Hankook and Sumitomo..... I like to actually have traction when going thru a corner and they never gave me that at all.... And yes I have a Civic and I love to beat on it thru the corners, just ask the few people who saw me keeping up with me a Subie thru the corners...

I use Cygnus Performance. I really feel like being incredibly irresponsible and spending some money on the car right now.

I'd have to know which tires they were, not gonna blanket any brand, except maybe Dayton lmao. Anyways, just fooling on the Civic, I know what they can do.

They're not bad, never got back to me promptly. Good prices on whiteline though. Might I recommend some rear subframe bushings? :)

They where supposed to be there high performance tires. I had the Hankook's on the car for all of a week and after sliding around and almost wreaking the car doing the most mundane of driving I yanked them off the car and put Sumitomo's on the car cause I was told they where better and they where even worse, they where on the car for 3 days yanked off and then burned literally.

I have been running Continental's and Yokohama's for years now.

I got an email back from Tactrix saying they don't have the files necessary for the new vehicles. The damn car has been out a year. WTF!?

Im thinking about getting some of those, do you have them on yours?

I 'have' them, but haven't gotten around to the install. Kept getting pushed back as the move got closer. I remember them being done on my buddy's KA-T and WHAT a difference. It'll remove some of the rear-end vagueness and clunks...little better throttle response. I did the Beatrush rear diff mount and half of Whiteline's rear diff inserts (other half covered by the Beat) and those, which are a much more minor feel, were a nice improvement. Solid bang for your buck.
