I didn't take anything off the car. I was too worried about braking something. I taped it all off and was really careful removing it. I took the tape off right after I put the last coat on. It dries really fast.
Try it out on a smaller section first to get a feel for it. There are also lots of videos around showing how to apply it. Maybe check out a couple of those.

I haven't done anything special to clean the parts on mine. Same wash mitt as the rest of the car with no issues.

Just dont put to much pressure on them and youll be fine.

I know. A member did put plasti dip on an exhaust tip and didn't have any issues. Plasti-dip is surprising. It may hold up.

I have VHT Flameproof header primer, base, and clear that I'll be using. Lol. I just need to wait for Spring.
