The only reason why these are brand new is because I made two orders on Amazon (one was supposed to be cancelled and one was directly from Amazon). The seller from the first purchase screwed everything up and still ended up charging and shipping me the pair. I'll be losing a few bucks but will lose more money if I shipped it back to them.
