My oil catch can was leaking. I thought the drain plug was the culprit, but the actual bottom piece threads on to the body. So I wrapped Teflon on the threads. No more leaks!

I also installed injected OE front and top mount.

Not really a one day thing.... But let's see, in the last month, replaced the water pump, alternator, belt tensioner and harmonic balancer and put a serpentine belt from a dx on a lx because my a/c compressor is going bad and I don't want to spend the money on it....

Sounds like youve been a busy person. I guess you bypassed the ac pulley?. Feels a bit peppier doesnt it?.

Yesterday , I installed my Full Race catback. A few quick notes , the rubber hangers are a pita , seriously bad. I used wd40 and all but they were still really hard to move. Next comes the wtf were they thinking with the connection for the axle back?. A good old flange is no good anymore?. It wasnt easy to get it lined up to tighten it. I was on my back by myself , car on stands. Lastly , does it get any quieter as it breaks in?. Ive seen many videos and none of them seemed this loud. Is there anyway to quiet the exhaust down a bit?. I knew the noise was going to be an issue but it was the next mod to do as we dont really have that many options for more power aside from forced induction. Also , my best 1/4 mile time is 14.4 @96mph. What do you think I could shave off of that time with the catback and a retune?. More than 1-2 tenths?. One more thing does it look like the exhaust is a bit to far to the left?

I will assume you didn't read my DIY thread?

If you had, I made note that grease is better for the hangers than WD40.
Give it about 500 miles or so to break in and it will get quieter.

Mine sits a bit to the left as well.

I did , awhile ago. I didnt have it and was too anxious to install to go get some plus it was getting late / dark. I hope so. I got in about 150 miles today , its ok on the highway but city acceleration is too loud.
