engine under cover

Can anyone tell me is there an under cover , so called dust shield, for 2013 Civic SI, that need to be removed to access the oil drain pan and oil filter?

I dont think the SI's have them. Mine doesnt. My friends lx does.

I was not able to see clearly.
If the undercover is in place then I am going to order screwdriver bits today. otherwise oil change and wheel rotation do not require a screwdriver
