Hi all, I'm leaving for college in about 2 months and I will not be able to take my Si with me :[ I will be pretty much do for an oil change and tire rotation right before I go (about 500 miles short). I can't imagine a tire rotation would matter (other than ease of doing everything in one trip) but would it be better for my Si to have new oil while it sits in my garage or should I just wait? Thanks!

I'd put new oil in it, and a gas stabilizer, and put the car on jack stands to keep the tyres unloaded.

I usually park my bike on wood for the winter to avoid flat spots on tires, but like @Monk said jack stands would be better
Jack stands or over inflate your tires to help limit flat spots if you have no stands. Sta-bil helps with the ethanol in the gas to not corrode components as ethanol likes to do. The oil change is up to you, IMHO having someone start your car(bare min) at least once a weak and warm it up would be best but 2 months wont be a long time. The only other thing I'd suggest is disconnect your battery or add a disconnect switch to one of the terminals to prevent the battery from dieing, you will loose memory functions though usually. If not disconnect the battery then get a trickle charger to keep on it (more so this route if you take trips often and leave your car sitting)

Any kind of gas will leave a varnish deposit if it sits a lot, that's why the stabilizer. If you're going to drive it every two months, at least use most of the tank and fill it up again before going back to school.

I don't know about new cars, but I know some guys with newer bikes that have issues with ethanol gas. Some use stabilizers and some find these gas stations with non ethanol gas.
Me and my dad have used Sta-bil in our boat motors for years and makes a world of difference as we only run it once a month (never used it and finally sold it) If we didn't and let it sit for 3+ months... $700+ for carb rebuilds. Ethanol is a hoax sold by the big wigs.

With this in mind, I'm thinking it would be best to keep little gas in it at a time?

"Catch-22"......... We should always try to keep the tank full, so as not have condensation build up. Maybe just put 1/3rd of the stabilizer as directed.

I have had multiple bikes, I have always just started them a couple times a month and kept them on a charger with no problems. I would assume a car would be the same. This is with having them garage kept
