I was going to order 17x9 rpf1s in black but they only come with a +45 offset. Wanted to know if I would need to run spacers or should I get +35 in silver?

I have +35 with no spacers. +45 will be very close to struts.

3mm is the largest spacer you can safely fit with stock studs. Anything beyond that should have extended studs for safety. Seriously though, if you do not have enough threads for proper lug nut engagement you risk breaking parts and losing a wheel at speed.

I have 17x9 35+ no rubbing or anything. But I heard from someone from the fb page that they got an alignment done for their 17x9 45+ and they cleared without any spacer. Other done that many are using spacers to run 45+

I've been doing the same research for a good month or two before deciding on the same wheels too. i couldn't be happier with 17x9 +35. You may or may not need to fender roll depending on tire size.
