My notes from the trip.....
+ Everyone having internet access (robbinsvile) made life easy to gather the group and share plans or status. Also just general communication.
+ walkie talkies are fun.
+ high power walkie talkies last 5-7 hrs based on use.
+ gas stations 15secs away from hotel made life easier.
+ The Hub ribs were not great this year.
+ killboy ditched us
+ watching mama drive brought me joy
+ learned about Kudzu
+ jason driving an accord can make sport bikers pull over
+ learned about the special bond of someone and their cat
+ Fri/Sat at the dragon sucks (10a-4p)
+ seeing a mama bear and 2 cubs 20 ft off the blue ridge parkway was cool.
+ morning runs are still the best

Follow up to yours.
* I did like staying in Robbinsville. Would do that again but would be cool if one person would have had a cabin so we could grill/cook out
* The "High Power" 36-mile walkie talkies were not worth it
* The ribs were alright but definitely better last year
* Also learned about Kudzu and ways to make money on it (@SpartanML )

Brakes can get hot enough to warp center caps so they fall out at random (see above)
