The italian restaurant I used to work I had to cook it to order for kids. Talking from scratch like starting from de-boning the chicken breast. It wasn't on the menu because the restaurant didn't have a kids section but nonetheless if a kid wanted it I was cooking it for them. Oh yeah it was about $20 for his "kiddie" chicken park but the chicken parm was more than glad of the plate. Kids were lucky if they ate half of it.
