attention Orlando friends... long story short, i lost EVERYTHING on my phone last night after a failed iOS update AND a failed backup restore that didn't work.

i desperately need your help. those of you whom have my #, please text me your name, email, whatever else so i can add to my contact list. thanks.

i'm going to be on the horn w/ Apple Support tonight you better believe it. i'm absolutely CONVINCED there's at least a partial backup stored somewhere on my sh!t-a$$-laptop. i can deal without pictures, videos, app data... i canNOT deal with losing contacts (especially the 65 or so direct contacts w/ Honda dealers all over for work), my notes app w/ all my car info and personal info i can't remember all the time, my iPod music, ringtones, personalization features i had set just so.

so depressed. today is gonna be a TERRIBLE day. iPhone haters can just STFU right now; b/c i'm just not having it.
