no it didnt im sure being supercharged before the turbo didnt help out wither

Turbo 8th boys(400hp +) have to play with 4th gear because they will not get any traction in 3rd.

Either that or the final drive gets blown out when pushing over 400hp.

yup the final drive and 4th gear are the weak points in the tranny. i would like to switch to a 4.3 fd but then my bbg setting would be all messed up

Ever thought about going backwards to a 5 spd tranny with the LSD swapped in to it?

it turns out it was my countershaft that got destroyed. it almost seems like the bearing that it sits in seized up

Is it just me, or does that small helical pinion at the end of the shaft look fairly worn and pitted?

yea thats what broke and was making the awful sound i was hearing good thing i had an extra one laying around
