Before I even read the thread I was screaming rsx type s. I personally think it is the best looking, best built, and with some search can be the best deal. At the end f the day it is a better quality civic with classic honda reliability. The k20a2 is nice also
Me and my girlfriend recently, for our "no homework" night, got out the huge tubs full of Legos and just built stuff lol funny I see this thread the next week
I would definitely not call it an Si. I would stick with the sport, but give it more... Sportiness.
I would redesign the ridge line because it's getting it's *** kicked by all the other pick ups right now and finally I would bring the dang s2k back for good
Te boxer motors from Subaru sounds pretty mean if you ask me, but god the are horribly unreliable when you put a fat turbo on them.
NA is where it's at!
This is what actually got me looking at the truck. I have to be honest, if I get in a position where I could afford ~$450-$500 for a monthly payment then it's bye bye civic and hello Ram.
I was just web searching and day dreaming a little bit and notice that the 2013/2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport is probably the best quality/most affordable full size truck out right now.
Jesus that thing is nice! I think the only truck that looks better is the Ford Raptor; however, the Ram is much...
Thanks for the responses guys, and my car did not come with one, which I'm glad. I'm just looking for something to complement the blue really well and I think a subtle red pin stripe will do the trick.
Thanks so much for the open handed help guys, I really appreciate it. I called them and left them a message to see if they can add one for $9.99. I have a few questions though, since it is the 35w system, if something was to happen to the stock wiring, wouldn't the stock fuse blow before...
I have been looking to no avail today. I know Honda sells the OEM pin stripes for the civics; however, I'm considering getting a red one. Where in the hell would I look for something like that? eBay and amazon both failed me :(
I've been waiting a while for so money to accumulate, and yes HIDs are even expensive to this broke college student :( Anyways, I went with the 35w 6000k HID kit from DDM Tuning. When ever they finally get here I will be sure to post up pics, and maybe start a build thread.
I did this on my 2011 Si and paired that with a used axle back and I really enjoined the sound. Not ricey, cheap, and like you said it's a good steeping stone to a full exhaust. I say go for it if you don't mind cutting on your stock exhaust.
