Well my car didn't really need a B1 since I obviously don't drive it often, so I have to assume it was a breeze for them and they decided against charging me. Why the oil change was free is beyond me, but it's just another example of why I continue to buy cars from them.

My first oil change in a year (at 2300 miles) and the dealership threw in a B1 maintenance, all for free!

Correct. Honda dealerships cannot directly order Honda genuine parts from Honda dealerships overseas since Honda doesn't allow it. The people selling them on eBay probably have access to Honda dealerships overseas and are having them imported "under the table", so to speak. We all end up paying...
