This is a common issue amongst civics.. my 2006 did this for a while and has stopped. It's definitely a bit annoying.

I've looked into those for my MBP - they are supposed to fail quite a bit. It's such a great concept and hopefully the quality will improve in the future. I'd advise running an SSD for your OS and just get a large secondary drive for all your storage. The performance boost will be insane, I...
