2015 Civic Steering Too Light

I've owned my Civic for about a month now. My wife and I also share a BMW. The problem is that there is a dramatic difference between the steering assist between the two vehicles. The steering on the Civic seems way too light. Is this something that can be adjusted or is this normal for Civics?

I'm pretty sure that's just the way it is. Nothing to adjust.....

It is relatively light but that's all personal opinion really. I think the overall feel of the car is designed to feel light. My clutch felt really light till I did a cdv delete and dot 4 upgrade, now feels stiff at times but still light overall. Sadly no adjustment though on steering feel.

I think it's fine. It gets stiffer as you go faster and it makes parallel parking easy. I test drove the 2014 corolla and it's more lighter than the civic's.

The way I see it, lighter is quicker when the time comes to have to alter our course quickly as well. So no matter light or not, we adapt to what we're driving. I have driven semi's, mc's, jeeps, sport car, on a daily basis....... One thing I find that helps is to learn how to drive with two hands on the wheel all/most of the time, and the lighter/quicker it feels, the lower I hold the wheel(like from 10-2.... to 8-4).... I never hold the top of the wheel to go straight(only to aid in 90º turns, etc.). I see people all the time when I pass them, holding their wrist up with their hand daggling in the air.... What are they doing.... Moving their hand out of the way so they can see their speedo that was blocked from their sight.......Tells me they don't know how fast they're going, so they look at it to see how fast I'm going compared to them.

I don't either, because you never know when you get into an accident and the steering wheel airbag activates and makes your arm fly up and smack you in the head causing a concussion.

Maybe you can under-drive the power steering with a pulley kit, freeing up more hp?
