Came across a picture of a Nissan Altima wheel that I like the look of... the right width, and offset, but the hub diameter is a bit on the big side ( 66 mm vs 64.1 ) just under 75 thousandths difference.
Not that I am going to buy these, but it may give other people ideas. With access to a lathe, you could bore out the back of the wheel (hub bore) some, and make a sleeve that would be a press fit so that it would be hubcentric. Cool the sleeve down in a freezer and drop it in the wheel from the backside... if you did your machining correctly it will be there forever.
