Video of noise (can be difficult to hear)

Car: 2014 civic lx, 80k Miles Last car repair: Cracked front engineer strut was replaced. No other changes besides normal oil changes.
The sound is most noticeable at 65-75 MPH. I've jacked each side of the car and none of the wheels have any horizontally or vertically play. I rotated my wheels (bf goodrich sportcomp 2, directional tires, rear to front, front to rear) and the sounds seems more noticeable at the same spot somewhere at the front. Tires have already been balanced.
Any ideas what may be the cause? Is it possible to have a loose engine screw?
