Engine pause when given' er

It may be something with the stock tune or it could be TC. If it does it without the TC light blinking then it's just the tune. I've noticed that a lot of times when I try to rev match my downshifts when I blip the throttle the car doesn't do anything, rpms just start falling like I didn't even just touch the throttle.

I agree @Bulkybear. I think it's just the stock tune.
I've tried with the TC off but it doesn't see to do anything.
