Fog lights?

I dive a 2013 Civic Si coupe.
I dont know much about electrical..
The only way to activate fogs is to turn the lights on all the way, is there a way i can make them run without having to turn on my whole lights system?

Not without some changes . I understand you could on the previous 8th gen. Would love to have it too.
