How to rid myself of rasp

I have an Invidia Q300 exhaust system and just installed a Full Race cat less down pipe. I had the car dyno tuned by Vit and now acquired an annoying rasp. I decided to go cat less since a lot of people seemed to to love the combination. I just figured that if there was a rasp then someone would have mentioned it. I was wondering if anyone was able to get rid of the rasp by adding or getting a larger resonator? I have searched and Full Race and went through all 10 pages. I am currently reading through 176 pages of results from the Q300 search. So please don't simply respond with telling me to search. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I like be all the power I got from the down pipe and tune. Just really hate the raspiness.

A resonator is not going to help because the rasp is happening in the downpipe itself.

That sucks. I appreciate the help guys. Does the catted down pipes still have that whistle like noise?

My RV6 catted downpipe doesn't have any raspiness. I have it mates to a Skunk2 MegaPower RR 76mm exhaust.

Wow I know that the skunk2 RR is loud also. I think my best course of action would be to go ahead and buy the catted DP. Anyone with a Full Race catted DP chime in if it still has the leak like hiss when accelerating?

And that is a loud exhaust too. Hopefully the cat takes care of your raspiness.

Has anyone tried header wrap? I realize it may have disadvantages but it may be worth a try.

Hmmm my boss brought that up as well. But I now have the more important issue of the smell. I'm either going back to oem manifold or getting a catted version. I'm just worried that the catted version still has a bad hiss sound.
