I hate it when you pay your rent on time for 6 years and your landlord comes to your door holding an eviction notice for you.FML

The day I almost got into a fist fight with my landlord, was the day I found a way to get a mortgage to buy my first house. Maybe you can become your own landlord.

already went down that road and don't have enough for a downpayment and the way that house rental prices have risen in the 6 years we have been i this house we can no longer afford to rent a house, so looks like we are moving into a high rise, only real drawback to it other than moving is trying to fit a 3 bdr bungalow into a 2 bedroom apartment and the fact that we are not allowed fish tanks and i have a couple of large tanks i need to find a home for posted them on Kijiji and so far have had no real bites on them.
moved the 2 smaller tanks (120 gal and 70 Gal) into a storage locker but have to wait until wednesday to hire movers to come in and move my big tank (180 Gal) last time i moved it i gave myself a couple of hernia's so someone else can move it this time

Sucks to hear man, I am in the process of finding a house cause I heard thru the grapevine that a few people in my complex (including myself) are getting a 80-100 dollar rent increase.....

Yeah...When we were living in the apartment they were going to do that to us. Turns out that renting a townhouse with garage and extra bathroom was about the same price as the apartment and no one would be living above or below us.. yeah we jumped!
We can't get a house for a while...unless we rent

We where not planning to buy till next year, but we are between a rock and a hard place.... Get another rental and give away one of our cats and have money or buy a house keep all of the cats and be tight on money... We can't get rid of my cats so its a house....

I rented in Buford for 2 years for about 1100 a month 2 br/2 bath in a nice complex got sick of renting and bought a real nice 3 story brick townhouse with 3 huge bedrooms,3 full baths,big loft and great room with 2 car garage that was 1 year old( the original owner bought and got transferred out of state 3 months after so he really did not live in it) for 1130.00 taxes and insurance included.now you can get one for about 250 less but older now so I'm bummed about that but still cheaper than renting and I can have as many cats as I want( I only have 2 ) and I make the rules. I did hear the rents are climbing here too so in the end I have a house that I paid too much for but am still happy I made the buy,I'm sure it will climb back somewhat.ive been told it is harder to get a loan now if you have any credit issues but it can still be done,it just depends on the seller and bank underwriting.

I'm really hoping it'll come out. Otherwise it's a scratch removal service for me! I was thinking Scratch-X... any other recommendations? I can see the white primer underneath.Polish the phallus?

If you can see primer, it is going to need repair work.

I have to imagine an experienced person with a polisher should be able to get any of that out of the paint.

I went to Advance Auto yesterday and picked up some new microfiber towels (BTW they're having a sale BOGO for a 3-pack of them for $5) and Meguiar's Scratch X 2.0, and IT CAME OUT!!!!
