Ah I got ya. I have a garmin or my phone for nav, but I rarely ever use nav so I wasn't really thinking of also have nav over the radio.

Having the satnav instructions over the car stereo just makes it so much clearer for me, and you can listen to your music at the same time, as the satnav instructions begin the car stereo just fades out and returns when the satnav instructions have finished.
I don't use the satnav that often, but it's reassuring to have especially since we are now living in a new country. (New Zealand).
