How was heat soak / performance in Florida? ( I'm on south west coast)

Heat soak wasn't has bad as you think, performance wise I still made gains even in the summer (hard to say exact gains because I was tuned with a DP, so couldn't really isolate the power gains). Intake air temps never broke 115 degrees, so pretty solid. Obviously not as cold of intake air as a full CAI setup, but I liked the SRI because of the heavy rains we get here in SoFlo, the cooler sound, and how cheap and easy it is to install.
