"Tron Tube DRL" headlights. Has anyone bought these?

Not sure if anyone has gotten these before or likes them. I think they look pretty sweet, but I'm not sure if they are better or as functional as stock in terms of lighting up the road.

I've actually looked at these before. They're good at projecting as far as regular use goes; I'd pair them with LED lights instead of the stock halogens, though. The actual tube part of the housing serves as your running lights-- which are bright enough ( and visible enough ) to fill the role.
