Death_roll's GC6 Backroad Killer

Installed my rear differential bushing inserts. No one makes them for this car anymore so I had to get ones for an 05-09 Legacy GT and modify them to fit.

Installed!

I was on the fence about a front swaybar, being that I won't always have super grippy tires on and I don't have enough negative camber up front to really maximze the added advantages

Installed whiteline 19mm urethane swaybar bushings for the front bar, being that the bushings and endlinks will maximize the effectiveness of the stock bar to its full potential. The reaults were very noticable for only $21.00, quicker turn in and better mid corner stability.

New bushing with the existing WL billet endlinks I installed.

Installed the catch can just now.

About to be installed, had to buy 5/8" fittings because the supplied 1/2" ones are too small for my PCV system.

Installing the bracket using the supplied self-tapping screws.

Fitting the can, checking the bottom on where to apply weatherstripping to further cushion and support the can from movement while driving.

Preparing the can

Mounted the can and started to route the hoses. The hose from the crankcase goes to the 'in' port while the hose from the PCV valve / manifold goes to the 'out' port. Air is pulled via vacuum from the PCV, so air / oil vapors travel from the crankcase, into the can, then out to the manifold / PCV valve.

Cut the hoses to fit on the can without too much slack or stress on the can and fittings. Installed spring clamps, tightened the can mounting screws, and done!

Got my winter wheels at the junkyard today, 15" Forester steelies, probably going with 195/65R15 tires to keep the same 25" tire height.

Started as grey(ish), cleaned up a bit and painted them black.
