Hondata Releases 2012 Honda Civic Si ECU Reflash!!

It's mated so that it's tied to one car at a time. You can't buy it and run it on multiple cars. You can revert back to stock and sell the flashpro unit. They can then tie the unit to their car.
 
Lock Flashpro To Car With A Desktop

1. Tip From Hondata, "Yes. Install the software on the desktop. Register your FlashPro. Take your FlashPro to your car, plug it in, switch on the ignition for a few seconds. Take your FlashPro back to the dasktop. Lock it to your vehicle. Select a calibration. Upload to FlashPro. Take FlashPro to vehicle, plug in, switch on ignition, hit 'Program' button. Voila."

Received A Locked Flashpro:

1. Contact Hondata
2. If Hondata can not be of any assistance to you (which they usually will help), you have to send it back to the previous owner.

Unlock Flashpro?

1. In order to unlock FP from a vehicle, you have to tune your car back to stock (Yea, Sorry to those who thought they could buy Flashpro - tune - then Sell ). Therefore when the FP is unlocked, the seller's car is running on a stock tune again. 1 Flashpro - 1 car.
