What do you guys recommend for a wheel cleaner?
For easy to do by hand 5 spoke designs?
For complicated mesh wheels?
Tire Cleaner?

Step 9: Trim, vinyl, wheels and tires
For black trim, I have used Mother’s Back to Black for years. I have had good results. Now, there is supposed to be a better product for black trim-Black Wow. Meguiar's and Mother's both make great vinyl sprays for trim and plastic. For tires, the sky is the limit. A lot depends on whether one wants a shiny sidewall or a more natural finish.

Wal-Mart, O'Reillys, Autozone and many other stores sell many of the products mentioned.

the only one I've tried from his suggestions was the last all wheel cleaner above. It worked very well on brake dust etc.
another thing - check out rasky's thread, and he mentions on each post intro what products he used on the tires/wheels.

P21-S, either in the gel or spray. Love the stuff.

what wheel cleaner is safe for the ex spoke wheels with clear coat on them?

I've used the P21S on Si, EX, Honda Fit sport, HPF wheels with no issues. I even used the stuff on painted wheels with no clear coat with no issues.

google a local Auto Finishing or Auto Finishers place near you. Ask those guys and they can probably recommend you something way beyond what you will find at an AutoZone/Pep Boys. Usually cheaper too! I got a gallon of fallout remover for less than a 500ml bottle online!
