Not talking racing seats, but nice luxurious leather seats

Seems like you can't find any anywhere

I've seen a handful of users have the stock seats done in leather. Some have had "si" or other stuff even embroidered into the seat back. That would be the best bet so you can retain the stock seat airbags and sensors. Otherwise you could lose all of the airbag systems from functioning.

Where would you get the covers?

It wasn't a cover. They were literally done at an auto leather/ shop. It'd be a custom leather job. If you're near any major city, you should be able to find a leather shop. Most dealerships even deal with a shop to do repairs or upgrades. You could talk to your dealership, but it'll likely be more expensive than going direct.

Katzkin and roadwire sell replacements. They are not covers but you remove the cloth and replace it with the leather. I've not done work with them directly but I was looking into it for a while for my car. I know people have used katzkin as they deal with Honda dealers as an upgrade.

How expensive do you think it'd be?

Sounds real nice, got a honda dealership in my city, maybe they would have the people to work on that?

As far as I know any US Honda drivers seat will swap into any other Honda. The seat rails may be different but it was possible on the previous gen civic to swap in an accord seat. I don't know of anyone who has tried this on the 2012+ though. If you know anyone with another civic or accord you could try it out. If it works you could pick up a used accord seat online pretty cheap. Some of them came in leather. You may need to pickup a new side airbag for the used seat though.

Not trying to change your mind or anything, but what State do you live in, just wondering if it's a cold climate area. I hate getting in a cold car on leather or leather-like seats. Hot can be taken care of pretty quick. Just sitting here with nothing to do.... :coffee:

I've got red suede insert with black leather on the sides and red stitching. White Si embroidered on them.

Looks great. Fit is perfect. And retains airbag functions. The wrinkles that are in the photos have stretched
out in the heat now and look perfect.

Wow! That does look good, I didn't even know such a thing existed.

I saw this topic and thought i'd comment, I realize it's pretty old but maybe be useful for future readers. I got a set of katzkin seat covers for the entire interior. Including center console and door inserts. All together ran $199, but it's actually cheaper now. Looks like they are trying to get rid of their inventory on ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-KATZKIN...ash=item51dceca796:g:oqoAAOSwEeFVJobb&vxp=mtr) now the price is $124. I installed them myself, just needed hog rings and hog ring pliers. It's pretty straight forward, just follow the same order but backwards when you install, it is time consuming so make sure to set aside enough time to do this, AND BEFORE YOU START REMOVING YOUR SEATS, DISCONNECT BATTERY AND LET IT SIT FOR A FEW MINUTES!!! otherwise SRS light will be on. I had around 150 hog rings, I'd order more but it was just enough to do all seats, I mean I had no extras left. It takes a lot of time and patience, I did back seats first, then front seats. Can post pix of results. I'm very happy with these, looks a lot better then moss grey interior that looks dirty (at least to me), I got color "frost" it's brighter than original and flows good with interior.
