Now that I have my 12 in, all the factory sub does is rattle, it needs to come out, but I don't see how to take it off, does anyone know how to get the rear plastic cover off?

Ok so there is no hook in the fb6, damn, doesn't seem to be a way to get it off

It's likely just clips if the screw/hook isn't there. Go to the next step and pop the side panels off.

Only problem is that the side panels are not like fabric like shown in the 2012, I can't get under the side curtain airbag badge because it's embedded deeper than in the pic

Ok so after I broke my Alan wrench trying to get the bolt off the stock sub I gave up and am now reassembling

Only problem is that this piece came off the curtain and the white plastic bit should be extended like the other side but I can't get it to come off

not a clue. That's a clip on the sub?

So it seems that removing the factory sub would not solve the issue.

I experience more trunk rattle with seats up, but experience more rear panel rattle with the seats down.

The answer seems to be dynamat install, I guess theres no shortcuts when you got a cheap econobox interior haha
