Forgot about that good good spot in the parking garage…..
What about lunch? I packed... But forgot it at my remote office and went to the main office.. so got sushi. Thought I was just getting 2 sushi rolls but it was the lunch special. I ain't mad.

Even though I was told barbacoa on the smoker was not the correct method, I had to try it.
2 hrs on smoke to get flavor
3 hrs braising in the tomato/chili sauces
shred (it counts as a smoke ring even when shredded)
Tacos assemble!
And then had to try "birria" style
