Mother Of All Whore Threads Non-VIP Edition v.1

Holiday is over guys. It was Tuesday.

I have a hard time smoking/cooking pork. But I think I figured it out. Smoked a rack of baby back ribs tonight in the pellet grill.
325f for about an hour and half with only a dry rub and no wrap. Best ribs I've made in years.

The pork curse is broken.

Personally, I think that is too hot and too fast for ribs, low and slow is generally better for something like this IMO. Ribs I tend to do around 250F for about 2-3hrs, mopping every 30-ish minutes or so.

Sometimes, I like to slow roast my instant ramen in the microwave for 6 minutes instead of 3.

Well, ramen you're not worrying about breaking down collagen in the noodles to make them tender. :rotfl:

i have always done it that way, but these ribs turned out so much better. usually my ribs are tough at 250. maybe i over cook them. but these ones fell off the bone.

:hottea:

I don't do the artificial sweeteners. They give me a headache.
I don't use a ton in the iced tea I brew.

Oh.. So you are Ethan white. Got it :giggle:

Hey i work in a windowless office next to nuclear medicine, the only radiation im exposed to definitely isnt coming from the sun so no tan for me

I bought a set of used SRAM code r brakes for my bike not realizing the person selling them cut the brake line for the rear. So if the line is too short for my bike I have to spend $70 for a new one. Why are bike parts so expensive?

Test and tune day. My manager is coming with me today. He used to drag race fast cars so he knows what to do.

I did an oil change yesterday with 5w20 because I'm cheap and had a case. Won't be an issue until winter. Probably switch back to 0w by then.

Hope you did well! :fingerscrossed:

Ran a 9.296. Fastest so far. Had a couple really good reaction times. About .018.
But it's about being consistent.
Started using the launch control. I set it for 4000rpm to do the burn out and then knocked it down to about 3000 before I launched. About half throttle and dump the clutch.

What the **** happened to the site?

I won first round eliminations.
Lost second round by .008 seconds. I lifted too soon and the truck won.

New PB of 9.17 in practice which was annoying because as usual I kept getting faster and made my dial in time hard to choose.

Skin cancer is no joke if you know of anyone who’s ever had it.

Wasn't joking about skin cancer. You didn't have to go there.

it didn't auto renew, and the alert went to spam.
I sent a screenshot to Nomar but he didn't reply to me. I tried to buy it :hiding:
