Im pretty sure the reason why you grind into second only when fast shifting is because of the clutch delay valve. It slows the engage/disengagement down a little.. Thats why when u shift slower, theres no grind.. You can remove it.. Also 1st and second gears dont have carbon syncros in the...

Ok so now i took off the trans fill plug so i can see the gear inside.. When i spin the axle I can see the gear in the transmission spin also.. But after rotating the axle a couple times, i can see the gear gets jammed but i can still rotate the axle.. It must be the diff...
