13' Honda Civic Monitors Not Ready For Emissions

Hello everyone,
I have a 2013 Honda Civic Si with a 3.5" K-Tuned sri, Skunk2 Megapower rr exhaust, and flashpro on my car.
I've been having some issues passing emissions testing. It keeps saying "rejected" with 3 incomplete monitors (catalyst, fuel, o2).
I have done a few drive cycles and each time i plug in my scanner it still says monitors not ready.
Could this maybe be something to do with the tune?
Should I re-flash the car?
Could I unplug my flash pro to do a few drive cycles without damaging my car or do i need to keep it plugged in at all times?
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Sometimes tuners disable the monitors. I would reach out and see. Also, you can verify you’ve done the procedure per the manual?
