Hey guys, so im thinking about trading a guy my vsxx's for his TE's and his offset is 18x9 +45 all around. My question is will this fit without any spacers or anything? Thanks guys!

I have 17x9+42 and they fit with stock tires and H&R springs.
Are you lowered? What tire size are you planning on running? Do you want to stretch your tires?

I dont know how close I am actually. Willtheyfit.com says im 22.4MM's closer to the suspension strut.
Ill try to remember to snap a picture before I leave for work tomorrow
I remember people running 17x9 +45 hitting the suspension on the 8th gens. The 9ths seem to have more room to the fender but I don't know about strut clearance. Tire size may play a huge role.
At least with the +45 you can safely run a 3mm spacer on the stock struts and push the wheel out to a +42.
@Dutchmaster - What size tire are you running on your wheels? If the +45 hits and you run a spacer, you might be clear with the same tires as Dutch.

I'm going to be lowered on Godspeed mono-max's, just waiting for them to come out in about a month or so. And I think the tired he has on right now are 215/40/18

so the guy just bailed -_-! Lookin at another set of TE's but their +40 and not +45. Is it a big difference?

Im running 215/45/17 but im gonna pick up some 235/40/17 and i sure hope they fit.

+40 should fit alittle better than +45. It will be 5mm further away from the strut.
Here is a decent picture, will try to get a better one tonight. Running H&R springs with koni shocks

I picked them up last night! The deal was too good to pass up, 1200 for 18x9 +40 te's! I don't plan on lowering my car like crazy, planning on more of a sport setup but still low. Here's a picture of my tsx before when I had my vsxx's

springs/coilovers/stock suspension?... how low are you? The lower you go, the more it matters

you're not going to have much room for meaty tire clearance at all. That's 6mm from the strut. You'll be fine on the fender side since you're only lowered an inch, but the strut side is your problem with that wide of a wheel

@webby so 9.5 +38 with 235 maximum??still because want to go with a new setup!!

235/40-18's on a 9.5" rim above looks like it'd be safe. I just know there isn't a lot of room from panda's pic.
