2012 Civic 4dr Sedan MUGEN Bumper Lip

I just come across with this mugen lip on ebay.

The interesting thing is the note in the description

• Lip is made specifically for JDM 12-14 front bumpers, but can be installed onto USDM 2012(no other years) front end if:
• 1.) The foglights have been installed(Or at least the mounting hole has been trimmed out to accept foglights.
• 2.) The factory lower grill on the 2012 USDM bumper is trileld on each side where it meets the painted part of the bumper.
• 3.) If your lower grill has been completely removed.

It appears to me that for those who have Modulo JDM bumper maybe able to convert it to a mugen style bumper.

Not sure though. Though it says the USDM bumper requires some mods.

I can tell you that this is a brand new stuff. I have not seen this until today.

Who can TOFTT and report back here?
