DIY 2012+ Civic Cargo Hook

Installed 2 into my 2013 yesterday. Hardest part was keeping the flange (nut) and washer lined up. Saved myself $36. I started it the same way Thomas Dye did but put a small 10mm wrench up through the large pill shaped holes on either side of where the hook was installed. I placed the wrench over the flange (nut) and then continued to tighten. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few weeks to see if they loosen up.
I originally tried to hold the washer and nut in place with the wrench but it was too hard so i just used my fingers until it caught on the threads.
